2/27/2020 0 Comments Literacy weekStudent did a lot of fun book themed activities this week including making bookmarks, writing stories, making pop up books, drawing pictures and even guessing books in the library! Today was the highlight of the day when students dressed up as book characters! They got to do activities with G2.1 as well. Another highlight of the week was the door decoration. Students chose to do their favourite book characters door and they did an amazing job. They really put a lot of effort into their drawings and putting them up on the door. We also went around elementary school looking at other classes' doors and voting for the ones we liked. G2.2 loved the Harry Potter door but all of the classes did an excellent job. Thank you to all the parents for encouraging the students to actively participate in the literacy week and helping them wear their book character costumes to school today. It was so much fun!
